Hi, I'm Sharon, a qualified counsellor who believes having a safe space to feel heard, understood, and supported can make a meaningful difference.

Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in human resources and people-focused leadership roles, supporting individuals through both professional and personal challenges. Combined with my own life experiences and counselling training, I have developed a deep appreciation of how life's unexpected changes can affect our confidence, relationships, identity, and wellbeing.

I offer a warm and compassionate space where you can be yourself and talk openly without judgment. My approach is client-centred, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based therapies. I tailor each session to your individual circumstances, needs, and goals because I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counselling.

I support adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, workplace concerns and periods of significant change or uncertainty. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that are no longer working, or simply needing space to make sense of what you are going through. Together we can explore what is happening for you, build on your existing strengths and develop practical strategies that support positive, lasting change.
